Finance Business Partner, Large Customer Sales (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with internal stakeholders globally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.
  • Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced competitive environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
  • Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives, across multiple products, functions, and geographies.
  • Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.

We provide strategic financial leadership required to manage Google’s highest-revenue region, delivering the modeling and stewardship that move the needle for Alphabet’s global performance.

We partner with the Americas Large Customer Sales (LCS) leadership to navigate the complexities of our largest markets. By transforming massive data sets into strategic roadmaps, we ensure that the company’s most significant revenue engines are optimized for sustainable, long-term growth. Our work doesn't just track performance—it directly influences the strategic choices that influence the entire Alphabet ecosystem.

You will work with sales leaders and key partners to enable good decision making by understanding their business and leading cross functional efforts to grow the business thorough process stewardship such as weekly reporting to help the leadership team understand business drivers and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage technical expertise to provide quantitative analysis on revenue drivers within Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) LCS and the broader digital advertising ecosystem to guide executive decision-making.
  • Develop and manage revenue reporting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for the SPLA portfolio, identifying trends and building tools that drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with other Ads Finance teams, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment of core initiatives.
  • Manage ownership of key financial processes for SPLA LCS (e.g., quota setting, revenue calls, operational expenditure management) ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Manage high-impact ad-hoc projects and business modeling initiatives, transforming complex data into creative solutions for big picture challenges that move the needle for the company.
