Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps for enterprise-level tools.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations or transformations.
  • Experience managing technical projects that involve software development and system integrations.
  • Experience with compliance/risk management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in leveraging technologies (e.g., GRC tools, AI/ML applications) to surpass compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in large-scale program and change management, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage large-scale technology implementations and ecosystems within fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead CAP's technology strategy, roadmap and governance to build a scalable, sustainable tool ecosystem that supports global compliance and audit programs.
  • Integrate automation, AI/ML emerging technologies to optimize innovation, streamline compliance processes and boost team productivity.
  • Manage the full tool lifecycle, including evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and technical debt.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with regional and central engineering teams to enable tool adoption and align shared roadmaps.
  • Mitigate risks proactively, promote data-driven decisions and ensure impactful technology investments. Serve as a subject matter expert by maintaining comprehensive documentation and contribute to CAP's strategic direction with insights into emerging technologies.
