Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree, MBA or an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Ability to present to executives with clear communication, with a track record of cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence, and to work in ambiguous, fluid environments
  • Excellent business strategy, operations, and problem-solving skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

The gTech Strategy and Operations organization ensures gTech’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. This team is instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members of this are investigative and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define the framework and mechanism for customer and seller feedback across gTech Ads services partnering with gTech Ads verticals and broader GBSandO teams.
  • Develop tier specific strategy across customer growth and customer support, identify opportunities to pilot and launch.
  • Lead critical operational initiatives including developing annual customer feedback surveys (CustomerGeist and Seller Time Study) and drawing relevant and actionable insights for gTech Ads.
  • Develop program to mine customer interactions data and set up program for surfacing regular insights.
  • Provide targeted support on business critical areas via market intelligence studies conducting both expert interviews and desk research.
