Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.
  • Experience in translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Analytics.
  • Certification in digital advertising measurement.
  • 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced analytics integrations.
  • Ability to operate on their own and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in fluid environments.
  • Excellent time-management skills.

In this role, you will help shape how new and existing businesses grow. You will understand customer business objectives and solve relevant measurement problems that advance measurement maturity across Google’s product suite. You will be responsible to help the customers navigate increasing measurement ambiguity through a deep command of trends around privacy, conversion analytics, and attribution best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs basis their marketing objectives/client business objectives, measurement objectives and provide optimal measurement strategy and define right key performance indicators based on their eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (conversion lift studies, marketing mix modeling calibrations etc.) for clients and optimize for success, and ensure there is a StatSig read on uplift.
  • Provide knowledge of measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, Geo Experiments or Conversion Lift Platforms) and advance problem-solving skills to design measurement studies. Model results and triage to return on investment analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift, across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with account executives and Media Effectiveness rPL (rPSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
