Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
- 4 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems)
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of design-build processes.
- Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will manage various aspects of data center projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget while meeting our standards for quality.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
- Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
- Work within a matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate construction challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
