  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 3 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered feature development and productization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working collaboratively on projects and with internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive innovation using AI to optimize testing procedures and streamline issue triage, leading to substantial cost reductions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technically a team of engineers by prototyping solutions, researching and oversee technical excellence.
  • Build AI/ML solutions and tools into development workflows and platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs to support AI-powered features.
  • Evaluate AI models by designing and utilizing custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and infrastructure that lower the barrier to entry for AI/ML development within the organization.
