Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience in a technical background, gained through a degree in a technical discipline or working experience in building and deploying new tools.
- Experience in managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a changing industry while navigating significant ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders, and demonstrate problem-solving skill and thought leadership with limited oversight.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations for business direction and priorities.

gTech’s Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables Product Areas (PAs) to effectively and efficiently scale their outsourced operations while managing risk. Our goal is to enable our partners to make informed decisions and put the right talent in the right locations to deliver the best possible outcomes for their business needs. We assist with planning and strategy, and provide tools to support PAs in managing their Extended Workforce (xWF) infrastructure. We strike a balance between optimizing extended workforce engagements and making sure all policies and guidelines pertaining to contingent work are followed. The xWS Central Strategy team works with xWS and Product Area leadership to chart the future of xWF management at Alphabet. We work with our stakeholders to determine and execute on the highest priorities including overall strategy, engagement with internal and external partners and cross-functional teams, commercial priorities and Alphabet wide programs.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for xWS.
- Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues. Gather data and conduct analyses supporting hypotheses and generate actionable insights. Develop recommendations and translate them to projects and initiatives.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners, adapt messaging and suggested recommendations based on feedback.
- Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid to long-term initiatives.
- Communicate, engage and collaborate with partners across Google, ranging from PAs and cross-functional partners to working team members and executive leadership.
