Go-To-Market Lead, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience in working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the creator ecosystem and sponsorship agreements between creators and brands.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support position.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy and a constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis and program management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.

About the job

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations.

As a Go-To-Market Lead, you will be a key partner to the APAC YouTube and Google Business Organization Brand Deals teams and leadership, helping them to drive brand sponsorships for YouTube creators at a larger scale. You will demonstrate the ability for strong problem-solving, program management and cross-functional collaboration with multiple levels of the organization, and pragmatism in accomplishing goals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute strategy for brand deals and partnerships across YouTube and Google in APAC.
  • Design and establish operational processes to facilitate sponsorship deals for YouTube creators.
  • Work seamlessly with the APAC YouTube Partnerships team, regional GTM team, and Google business organization to drive business outcomes and facilitate partnership opportunities, while also leading cross­-functional projects working with a broad stakeholder set.
  • Analyze data trends to generate insights to influence brand deals strategic roadmap and drive market growth. Synthesize and prioritize creator feedback, make recommendations on the operating model.
  • Develop key market insights for APAC, keep the creator marketing industry and engaged platforms to synthesize key trends, gaps, and opportunities for YouTube.
