Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience with problem-solving models using spreadsheets or other quantitative analysis to deliver insights for executives.
  • Experience in sales management, sales operations, incentives programs.
  • Experience working with cross functional partners to define, build, and execute sales initiatives/strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, management consulting, sales operation/GTM, investment banking, venture capital.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects with ownership.
  • Experience in AI-integrations for business applications (e.g. Agent Studio).
  • Excellent technical skills (e.g., SQL, Python), with the ability to translate data into recommendations for executive stakeholders.

About the job

As Strategy and Operations Principal Lead for Americas GTM BizOps and Analytics team, you will lead projects and infuse AI across business operations, customer intelligence and performance management.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and implement projects/programs to transform and infuse AI across core Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) business operations.
  • Lead Customer Intelligence and Insights for America (AMER) leading synthesis of customer data streams into fidelity, and automated insights to directly inform critical ALCS/GTM decisions/initiatives.
  • Design and execute ALCS rewards and recognition roadmap, strategically aligning incentives to accelerate seller attainment of organizational objectives and a performance culture.
  • Partner with BizOps Analytics team to lead of advanced diagnostic metrics and AI-powered insights, GTM and sales leadership with real-time, automated intelligence for proactive, data-driven decision-making.
