Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Technical Troubleshooting, Web Technologies and Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.
- Ability to travel to meet with specific partners and client stakeholders as needed.
- Excellent technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Technical Solutions Consultants are united by our passion for technology and making an impact. Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products.
- Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
