Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance or Program Management.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience planning and managing at the strategic and operational level.
  • Experience with leading data-driven analyses using SQL and data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
  • Ability to work and create goals in a fluid organization.
  • Ability to exhibit excellent business judgment, and influence others with excellent investigative, reporting and presentation skills.

The Google Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations team plays a key role in Google Cloud, acting as trusted advisors to the sales organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, strategize and run the business in a transformational way. In this role, you will help define, establish and execute on our key strategic priorities for the region. In this role, you will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Engineering (CE) leadership to develop North America's strategy and business plan, and work with the team to execute against it.
  • Assist in defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities for the Customer Engineering organization.
  • Work with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals.
  • Facilitate the annual and quarterly planning processes, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation and area design. Enable goal setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business, and work on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
