Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting or a human resource field.
  • 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at an agency or corporate setting.
  • 3 years of experience with closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Experience in analyzing data to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and manage relationships.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

In this role, you will support outcomes for a talent ecosystem as a contributor in order to meet hiring demand, making sure to build and execute against a hiring process that works for all candidates in Latin America. You will leverage the knowledge of Google's talent recruiting processes to solve staffing problems, collaborating on significant or unique problems, identifying and recommending ways to improve on solutions. You will support hiring strategy and candidate management, working across-teams in a particular area of Google. You will perform staffing analysis and talent assessments and partnering with businesses.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, prioritizing candidate experience, and enhancing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with hiring teams and stakeholders to drive recruitment practices, ensuring the achievement of hiring goals aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive cross-functional communication, collaborate with multiple levels to achieve staffing goals and promote internal partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans, focusing on attracting quality talent and optimizing overall hiring efficiency.
  • Source, evaluate talent, manage interview processes, and drive offer stages, including compensation discussions and candidate closures.
