Partner Sales Manager, Google Workspace

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology-related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Experience cultivating relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Experience with market technology landscape, cloud solutions, and the partner ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the Cloud ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Ability to work well in changing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest for the generative AI landscape.

As a Partner Sales Manager for Google Workspace (GWS), you will accelerate Google Workspace business growth within Australia and New Zealand through existing and new partners. You will be responsible for developing a healthy new business and expansion pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders and our focus partners and establish operational excellence around goals and forecasting. You will extend our partner ecosystem through partner activation and new partner recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with various internal stakeholders. You will progress and close business in collaboration with the Cloud Sales community and our partners, by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with executive partner stakeholders through an aligned strategy and goal and the execution of market specific programs that empower them to grow their Google Workspace portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Track partner business performance and support joint business plans development and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
  • Drive partners to build, track, and forecast business, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual partner goals for new business, expansion sales, and operational metrics. Accelerate adoption of Google Workspace and its GenAI features. Support customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Google Workspace Partners in alignment with our strategy and goals.
  • Foster relationships with Google Workspace and Cloud Partner Engineers to enhance partner relevance and impact, ensuring high-quality technical guidance and solution delivery.
