Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of work experience including 5 years of experience in leadership/talent development in a consulting/client-facing role.
  • Experience influencing and advising executive leaders to achieve talent and business outcomes.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Talent Management or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience identifying opportunities or dealing with potential or existing customers/partners.
  • Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives and solutions, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Understanding of people and talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas.
  • Understanding of stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
  • Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative, timely, and high-quality organizational and solutions and services. 
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in people processes and approaches to completing scope of work. 
  • Provide consultation to People Operations (POps) and business area stakeholders on HR and Talent programs, services, and processes.
  • Deliver transformations of HR and Talent programs, services, and processes to identify and build to drive success of the organization.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of projects and programs, organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects, while compiling/analyzing data and creating reports.
