Marketing Producer DACH, (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, German)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in events Marketing or advertising, in technical aspects involved in production and with different types of hardware, software, tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a variety of event formats, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and various projects.
  • Understanding of Google Ads Customer’s workflows, decision-making processes, event planning principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, online marketing and understanding of Google's strategic and competitive position.
  • Ability to evaluate third-party resources and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Ability to effectively deliver multiple projects at one time in a very fast-moving environment, and campaign/event planning and execution.
  • Excellent budget management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts aligned with overall business objectives. Manage competing stakeholder interests and priorities and build aligned solutions.
  • Conduct market research, identify target audience, and recommend event formats and locations.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans, provide technical leadership to deliver projects in line with long-term objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of event production, demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, production, publishing, and operations. Coordinate event suppliers to secure on-time/in-budget delivery. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success.
  • Analyze event data, including attendee demographics, engagement metrics, and ROI. Prepare post-event reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
