Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or relevant industry
experience, or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of professional experience in product design and related roles.
- 10 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and designing products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively with senior designers, and executives in product management and engineering.
- Experience elevating product craft.
- Experience developing agentic or multi-turn AI experiences.
- Understanding of AI and how to implement AI systems into existing portfolios of products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
- Track record of key contributions to innovative, successful products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $267,000-$376,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading AI-focused user experiences -- from concept to execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5 designers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and independently move projects forward, focusing on impact across the entire Workspace portfolio.
- Influence AI product direction and establish a foundational platform for embedding AI across all Workspace offerings.
