Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
- Experience working with Google Ads advertising platform.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and executing online marketing and advertising strategies, recommending scalable solutions to improve marketing and business strategy, and working with leadership internally/externally to create value for their business plans.
- Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
- Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
- Ability to be a thought leader of Google products and engaged landscape.

In this role, you will be in partnership with frontline sellers, you will be responsible for advancing our customers' strategy and execution of Search and AI solutions for Performance campaigns. Responsibilities
- Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and go-to Market (GTM) strategies.
- Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
- Share best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
