Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience working in the Public sector.
- Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
- Experience managing expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success.
- Experience working effectively on a product, team, or process.
About the job
As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing strategic programs for all Go-To-Market Sales teams that help drive the global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

Responsibilities
- Scale the work of the Google Cloud GTM teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
- Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel, and/or scale the program’s effectiveness globally.
- Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
- Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
- Provide program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the program effectively, rapidly, and at scale.
