  • 5 years of experience in managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • 2 years of experience working in the media industry or on video products.
  • Experience in working with B and C-level agency executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Ability to position and promote YouTube within engaging frameworks.

In this role, you will be a partner to advertising agencies, focusing on driving growth and adoption of YouTube and Connected TV (CTV). You will leverage your understanding of the Social digital advertising landscape and consultative business skills to build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders within these organisations. You will understand business objectives, identify opportunities for growth through Google's product suite, and co-develop strategies that ensure their success and maximize Google's share of wallet. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute these strategies, drive product adoption, and ultimately achieve ambitious growth goals in an evolving and digital environment.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with media agencies on Social, Investment, Digital Planning and Buying teams including Programmatic.
  • Promote YouTube and articulate benefits to agencies and advertisers; understand Audiovisual (AV) and Social landscape and where YouTube products can engage.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive stakeholders within your assigned agency, forming a understanding of their business and marketing objectives.
  • Present the value of Google's advertising products to help agencies meet client objectives, focusing on YouTube and demonstrating measurable impact.
  • Drive growth within your agency portfolio by identifying opportunities and collaborating with Vertical Industry Managers and Account Managers to unlock and accelerate them.
