Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in growth or product marketing using data to analyze key metrics and user insights to develop and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with copywriting and aligning marketing messages to user segment and channel.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional or cross-team projects and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related investigative experience.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you are a storyteller who crafts compelling narratives about Google Play. You will turn browsers into buyers by creating awareness and excitement around promotional offers through multiple marketing channels. You will bring strategic marketing experience and strong investigative marketing skills, which allow you to build scalable programs that meet the needs of super-gamers, users turning on their first mobile phones, and everyone in between.

In this role, you will use data and experimentation to drive growth, with testing and iterating. You will have a track record of delivering high impact, creative concepts on time and to specification. . You will get things done and view obstacles as exciting challenges that demand creative solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of global Growth Marketing campaigns to drive buyer growth and engagement via agreements and offers on the play store.
  • Build relationships with product management, engineering, analytics, finance, operations, product specialists and legal teams, balancing across different viewpoints to influence positive outcomes.
  • Reinforce our voice in cross-channel promotional and educational campaigns that span the play store, emails, and notifications. Work closely with designers, other product marketing managers, product leads and third-party agencies to deliver and scale great work in a scrappy environment.
  • Partner with growth marketing operations and product teams to unlock creative solutions for automating content sourcing and delivery. Develop testing strategies to increase buyer conversion rates and engagement.
  • Evaluate and present results from your programs, making and implementing recommendations for further campaign optimization and new areas of focus.
