Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in building web-based applications.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Java, Typescript and Databases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and User Experience (UX) designers across the globe.
- Experience in building end-user-facing products.
- Experience with E-commerce.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical innovation skills.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that power Fi’s buyflow experience.
- Establish best engineering practices and influence them through design decisions, processes, and tools.
- Drive technical direction, prioritize projects, and contribute to innovation.
- Advocate engineering excellence on the Web platform, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and testing.
- Identify and reduce technical debt, making our systems maintainable.
