Senior Apps Growth Manager, AppDev, Google Customer Solutions (English, Thai)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with investigative tools and marketing attribution to prove incremental value to stakeholders.
  • Experience in pitching multi-product solutions that translate technical App features into compelling business cases.
  • Knowledge of App Ads and how mobile apps complement web-based models to drive holistic business growth.
  • Understanding of the digital landscapes in Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Ability to build C-level relationships and influence internal cross-functional partners to align on shared growth objectives.
  • Ability to lead C-level negotiations and technical consultations.

As a Senior Apps Growth Manager, you will lead the expansion of the App ecosystem across Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand, serving as the strategic specialist dedicated to unlocking Apps growth for web-centric businesses. You will influence both internal teams and customer executives on the strategic importance of Apps within their broader business model. You will be responsible for driving business growth and product adoption metrics by delivering high-impact solutions from complex account optimizations to executive selling and business expansion plans.

In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of clients as a trusted advisor and specialized business partner, bridging the gap between web and app to drive holistic customer success and long-term business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on ambitious business goals and product adoption metrics by leading complex business cycles and securing C-level buy-in for App-first business strategies.
  • Advise customers on bidding, budget allocation, and creative performance to ensure their App business scales efficiently and meets Return on Investment (ROI) goals.
  • Partner with Web sales teams to integrate App solutions into broader account strategies and drive the "Apps matter" narrative internally.
  • Translate market and customer feedback into actionable insights for global product teams to help shape the future of our App tools.
  • Drive the adoption of first-to-market product betas and share best practices to define operational standards across the APAC region.
