Field Marketing Manager, Google Cloud (Portuguese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign.
  • Experience setting and delivering against marketing metrics, with problem-solving and capabilities.
  • Experience working with cloud technology.
  • Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results, and drive innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication, including presentation skills with an ability to tailor communications to a range of audiences.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading field marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring coordination across our business, engineering, and global marketing teams, as well as managing external agencies. You will track program results, analyze performance dashboards, and collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to optimize follow-up and drive market share growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs, industry and solutions initiatives, and events for Google Cloud in Brazil.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (business, engineering, central marketing) and external stakeholders (partners ecosystem and multiple agencies) to ensure program delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership by ensuring adequate pipeline coverage, providing regular data driven marketing updates and surfacing subregional needs to the broader marketing organization.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure lead follow-up and maximize conversion from marketing activities.
  • Analyse market performance dashboards and KPIs to inform adjustments, optimize programs, and drive outcomes for the field business team.
