Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven products with an understanding of how structured data powers search experiences.
- Experience working with regional or international teams, with the ability to adapt global strategies to local market nuances.
- Understanding of the dining and restaurant ecosystem, including experience with Point of Sale (POS), reservation systems, or food delivery platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform GTM strategies, set performance goals, and pivot approach based on market feedback or technical barriers.
- Ability to translate complex product initiatives into compelling partner value propositions.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

As a Strategic Partnerships Senior Associate for Search Partnerships, you will be focusing on the Dining Vertical, you will play a key role in the next generation of Google Search. You will join the Real World Journeys (RWJ) team at a pivotal moment as we evolve Search in an AI era.
Your primary mission is to scale our direct-to-restaurant ecosystem. You will lead the strategy and execution of partnerships with major enterprise restaurant groups, ensuring that critical data such as menus, agreements, offers and specials, real-time reservations, and dish-specific content is seamlessly integrated into products like AI Overviews and AI Mode.
This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of sophisticated negotiation skills, product intuition, and the ability to navigate a complex internal landscape. You will be influencing how millions of users discover and interact with the physical world through Google’s most advanced AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Direct-to-Restaurant Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to increase first-party content coverage and partner acquisition globally.
- Drive thought leadership on Search distribution opportunities and emerging trends within the dining vertical to maintain Google’s engaged edge.
- Lead complex negotiations and end-to-end agreement cycles, from initial outreach and pitch material development to signing high-impact partner agreements with enterprise restaurant groups.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Product and the partner ecosystem, synthesizing partner feedback to influence product roadmaps and land third-party integrations.
- Navigate and resolve roadblocks by proactively identifying barriers to partnership growth and pivoting strategies when necessary to maintain momentum.
