Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years working experience with client-side app technologies and databases.
  • Experience with coding or system design.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MS or MBA, Computer Science degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with the internet products and technologies.
  • Knowledge of advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Knowledge of App Campaign product and Firebase/GA4F.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As an Ads Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for building an understanding of Google Ads products and leveraging these products to achieve customer goals. You will also build robust processes, systems, tools, solutions and documentation so these products can be serviced.

In this role, you will work closely with global AppDev Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for top Google Customer Solutions (GCS) clients, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities to grow GCS business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure solution adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day technical contact for our clients, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with gCare Services Manager (gSM) and Customer Support teams.
  • Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients’ integrations.
  • Review processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows, solutions to increase team productivity/efficiency.
  • Vendorize mature solutions to the vendor team to let us focus more on solution innovation
