Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
- Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in online advertising technology, Google Ads, Analytics, SA360, DV360, CM360, YouTube, Data Integration and Cloud technologies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences effectively.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
- Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
The Solutions Architect team provides deep and specialized technical consulting for Google Ads products. We work closely with our sales teams and customers to understand their priorities and business objectives to architect technical solutions and media offerings on top of the Google advertising ecosystem.
We drive executive-level customer interactions and discover relevant problems. We develop and apply our deep expertise of Google advertising products to solve customer marketing objectives independently. We understand customer tech infrastructure and Google Product & Systems and design solutions that integrate seamlessly with the customer ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to Google’s top clients by understanding how Google Ads products and solutions can address their business challenges, and architecting advertising solutions to accomplish their business goals.
- Discover customer needs by understanding clients’ annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with the LCS team, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing senior client buy-in.
- Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products to maximize media opportunities.
- Ensure high product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day gTech Ads (tech and media services) contact for our clients and LCS, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on Google ads, and advocate for Google’s Ad solutions versus competitor offerings.
