In this role, you will act as a consultant providing solutions to improve a client's business or address their issues. You will recommend how clients can grow through better use of digital, especially in marketing, becoming a trusted partner in their success. You will help drive client success leading to positive outcomes for both Google and the team. You will develop knowledge of Google's products, apply digital marketing effectively and deliver timely, impactful business results.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service to Google's advertisers and Identify and resolve client problems proactively.
  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.
  • Collaborate with Google's ongoing advertiser product development to maximize client campaign results.
  • Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven Point of View (POVs) and recommend solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop plans and craft compelling narratives that drive growth.
