Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in internal and executive communications with technology products or services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while crafting compelling narratives and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining well-developed relationships across the business and technology press.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management capabilities.
About the job
As a member of the Executive and Internal Communications team, you will be part of a team which produces employee communications and events for Google executives. You will work with members of your internal client team on communications initiatives, projects and programs. You will support the work of the team to create strategic communications campaigns, come up with innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with Google's culture, write communications, business update presentations and talking points. You will also collaborate with internal partners as needed across functions (PR, Policy, Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) and geographies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the internal communications programs for our senior leaders. You will maintain relationships with executives, develop written materials and campaigns, and create new programs that help inspire our teams. A major part of the role is collaborating with executives across the organization, bringing an understanding of the technologies our teams are involved in developing.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the internal communications programs to ensure organizational alignment.
- Develop internal engagement strategies that foster a sense of mission and technical pride across the organization.
- Support organization-wide and Google-wide internal events.
