Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in venture capital/private equity firms, investment banking, consulting, partnerships or business development roles with C-level stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience in the local startup ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently as this is a customer facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing products and technologies within Cloud or SaaS sectors.
- Experience as a founder in a CxO role at a startup in a VC firm.
- Experience in the verticals/industries, specially CyberSecurity.
- Experience creating and executing a Go-To-Market strategy in the startups and digital native space.
- Experience establishing executive relationships with Venture Capitals/startup ecosystem.
- Ability to engage effectively with executives, with the technical knowledge to interact with CTOs and technical leaders.

As Venture Capital Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic partnerships for Google Cloud with leading Venture Capital (VC) firms and Startups. Specifically, you will set the goal and strategy for the partnership, develop relationships with key leaders and deliver specific growth outcomes with Venture Capital firms. You will work with the firms and their portfolio companies to drive awareness, adoption and customer success as it relates to Google Cloud services. You will actively seek feedback from priority partners to develop and deliver a differentiated value proposition to those Venture Capital partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead Google Cloud’s partnerships efforts within your designated portfolio of leading Venture Capital firms.
- Work closely with Google Cloud regional sales leadership and other internal stakeholders to develop ecosystem strategy for the region, and Venture Capital partner-specific strategies.
- Build and expand long-term relationships with the key partners at assigned Venture Capitals, translating into long-term partnership agreements with Venture Capital firms.
- Develop relationships with Venture Capital portfolio companies in coordination with local sales teams and help sales teams prioritize portfolio companies to goals.
- Drive value creation for the portfolio companies through the adoption and usage of Google Cloud services, liaising with various functions internally to address the needs of portfolio companies.
