Display and Video 360 Lead GCS, (Polish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the display ecosystem of Ad networks, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), first and third party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, Ad operations, and Google display Ad buying delivery and measurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google marketing platform solutions in display and video.
  • Familiarity with programmatic Advertisement (Ad) buying tools/technology.
  • Ability to think and analyze the needs of clients and to see granular and big picture issues.
  • Ability to demonstrate the measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and leverage strong knowledge of Display and Video 360 (DV360) to provide the customer/agency with media campaign solutions and proposals focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and deal types.
  • Work closely with Google Ads and Search Ads 360 (SA360) teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives and plans/Joint Business Plans (JBP).
  • Manage account growth through activating campaign solutions, developing campaign strategy, and monitoring and optimising for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct ongoing media performance strategy management with trading leads. Work with trading leads to illuminate partner-level insights around how optimization could be improved via feature adoption.
  • Contribute to global scaled solutions efforts, including documenting best practice guides, socializing scenarios and business impact to create confidence in the platform internally and externally.
