Growth Manager, AppDev Sales (Portuguese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in customer relations, including building executive-level stakeholder relationships and managing objections with analyzing data to drive recommendations and business growth.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals while building pipeline and pitching Google Ads solutions.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape like mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to organize and learn.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to pitch solutions.

In this role, you will be part of an App specialist team working with Mid Market Sales (MMS) teams in Brazil to grow Google Customer Solution's (GCS’s) web-first customers using Google App products and services. You will advise a portfolio of customers on App marketing strategies utilizing Google’s App marketing products to help them achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for driving business growth and Year-over-Year (YoY) growth objectives for the team, while ensuring clients are getting value from their investments in Google's products.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate customer partnerships, with an emphasis on working with the MMS partner organization. Focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships that enhance overall customer success with customer practitioners and executives.
  • Leverage expertise in app solutions, optimization, customer growth mechanisms, and market trends to provide insights to partners and customers. Act as a subject matter expert in advising on app-related solutions.
  • Work with partners to identify and activate app customers through utilizing business acumen and executive promoting.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with the customer's business goal and drive customer success.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of app users. Ensure that these solutions are aligned with partner and organizational goals.
