Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience as a product manager to drive product goals and roadmaps in areas of network and cellular security.
- Experience in Android, Mobile, Privacy, Networking, Cellular Protocol Stack, Partner Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
- 6 years of experience in a Product Management role, driving product goals, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience in developing/launching products/technologies within security, privacy, or related area.
- Experience in creating product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will work on areas like hardware security, malware detection and prevention and anti-fraud and theft prevention. You will be collaborative with the ability to work across teams within Android as well as with external partners.

Responsibilities
- Build a product roadmap from market trends, user and partner needs, technology and google/android initiatives.
- Create quality Product Requirements Document (PRDs), work with engineering on execution.
- Work across the Android organization to ensure that security experiences carry across different parts of Android.
- Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners on device integration of security features.
