Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
  • Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Experience in managing media plans and activations for customers, AI driven products and solutions.
  • Experience of Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Ads Datahub or similar products.

Marketing Partners Team within LCS are Media, Creative, Tech, Content and Capability teams, who work together to grow our customers via skilled marketing partners (Media, Creative and AI/Tech agencies/partners) and super-charge Google’s growth in an engaged ecosystem with exceptional focus on incremental business.

The Marketing Partners team helps customers transform and build what's meaningful for their businesses, in partnership with our cutting-edge media, creative, AI and Marketing Technology (MarTech) agencies and partners.

Our teams are dedicated to helping our partners see the benefits of our products and technologies come to life. As part of an nimble team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the AI and Martech needs and define the future of their businesses.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Drive comprehensive adoption of Google products across Performance, Branding with Partner ecosystem to drive exception results for Customers.
  • Drive adoption of Google data, analytics and measurement technologies across AI, Martech with the Partner ecosystem to drive exceptional results for Customers.
  • Transform customers using AI, Martech, Media solutions in partnership with agency, partner ecosystem.
  • Build an amazing and responsive Agency/Partner ecosystem to foster cutting edge AI and Martech solutions.
