Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across security domains, with 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with internal partners and customer teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, security architecture).
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Experience implementing industry-leading practices to manage and reduce cyber risks using security frameworks, best practice, threat intelligence and insights from incidents.
- Experience leading cyber security assessments, including security program transformations, risk assessments and Table-Top Exercises (TTX).
- Ability in investigative, problem-solving and excellent communication skills and present security concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

As a Mandiant Strategic Security Consulting Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-calibre cyber security consulting team in this dynamic role, blending client engagement with market-leading expertise. In this role, you will guide global enterprises through significant security transformations, leveraging the combined power of Google and Mandiant knowledge to design and deliver innovative services.You will uplift clients cyber security capabilities against evolving current and future threats. You will drive business expansion in APAC, fostering team excellence from pre-sales (collaborating with sales) through to successful delivery (working with project managers), conduct in-depth assessments, and craft actionable mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire a efficient team to exceed goals, overseeing workload, resources, and quality. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development within the cybersecurity practice to maintain market leadership and team expertise.
- Act as a cybersecurity thought leader, influencing client strategy and guiding significant transformations with expertise spanning technical to executive levels. Drive business and team excellence throughout the engagement life-cycle, from pre-sales collaboration (developing (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses) to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Advocate the integration of Google's technology and Mandiant's expertise to deliver innovative consulting services, enhancing security for all Mandiant customers.
- Foster APAC expansion by identifying and advancing high-value opportunities.
- Perform in-depth assessments to identify and analyze cyber vulnerabilities, prioritizing risks. Craft and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies aligned with regulations, standards, and frameworks.
