Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for multiple formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video based training).
- Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
- Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to build relationships and to collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curriculam.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and skill development, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Cloud Compliance and other relevant departments to gather and understand training requirements and content.
- Design engaging and instructionally sound storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives for new e-learning modules.
- Develop e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Evolve, Vyond, Camtasia, Gemini Pro), incorporating multimedia elements like graphics, audio, video, and interactive activities.
- Update and revise existing training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current cloud policies and regulations.
- Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.
