Managing Director, EMEA, Google Cloud Consulting

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience driving a customer centric transformation within a Cloud environment.
  • Experience building, shaping, leading and growing a customer centric business and team, responsible for regional performance, influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience leading enterprise customer experience business, consulting and advising clients.
  • Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience selling software solutions to commercial customer base.
  • Experience successfully growing and managing a professional services organization with a large regional presence.
  • Demonstrated success managing a software business, with commercial acumen to deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for regional performance across the Cloud Consulting Portfolio: Professional Services, Enterprise Support, Customer Success, Learning and Executive Engagement.
  • Bring a consultative approach that will align the region around a Customer First approach - instilling a client centricity culture into the region.
  • Articulate enterprise credibility within large-scale engagements with customers.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, to manage and develop new and existing client base for our regional practice. This person will ensure our customers successful deployment of our solutions.
  • Work with customers in various ways to ensure the product is providing maximum business value and continued consumption.
