Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience leading a team, managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders at a technology or enterprise company.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Experience with people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience managing a multi-layered team in go-to-market strategy, data-driven analysis, or operational initiatives, and fostering career development, including performance management, prioritizing team deliverables, and managing sensitive information.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, building and managing executive level relationships with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.As the Practice Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations Lead, you will manage a team responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for driving planning, goal setting, organizational design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive partnerships, and execute new initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead a Strategy and Operations team to create operational consistency across the organization, driving strategic initiatives with continuous coaching and mentorship.
- Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving ambiguous business issues and supporting organization priorities.
- Facilitate goal setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business, and work on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
- Execute operational initiatives by developing business plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
- Drive and land end-to-end organizational strategy and optimization for the Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including annual planning, in-year optimizations, budget adjustments, resource allocation, market segmentation, and operating models.
