Media Account Specialist II, gTech Video Ads (English, Bahasa Indonesia)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience with direct sales.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns for clients.
  • Proficiency in online measurement, operations, and ad networks, with the ability to implement and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with cross site teams leading to successful projects.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

The gTech Ads Solutions team partners with Large Customer Sales to provide product and data driven experience to empower our customers to meet their advertising goals.

As a Media Account Specialist, you will partner closely with the Sales team to drive video strategy and performance for some of our largest customers. You will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment with subject matter experience of our YouTube solutions and our client's marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business working across the entire sales cycle which includes planning, pitching (together with sales teams), implementing and optimizing. 
  • Provide high quality account and campaign servicing for a portfolio of accounts running Google app campaigns.
  • Understand the client’s business objectives and lead YouTube ad strategy in Google Ads.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans of our advertisers. Develop and apply knowledge of market and competitive environments for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
  • Provide practitioner insights to influence revenue, product and servicing and support global teams, by providing them with feedback and formulating product asks relevant to client and market needs.
