  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • Experience in Test Automation Framework.
  • Experience in workflow automation.
  • Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and Machine learning (ML).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Machine learning infrastructure and Machine learning optimization.
  • Experience with Testing Tools.
  • Experience with Infrastructure Design.
  • Experience with Java or Python coding languages.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team aligning with broader organizational goals.
  • Apply Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML), develop tools and processes to improve productivity of the team and organization.
  • Identify and address gaps in reliability, scalability, and test efficiency, delivering the next generation of fulfillment planning systems working with leads and business stakeholders
  • Manage a group of Software Engineers (SWEs) and facilitate their projects. Track their expectations, aligned with the broader organization's goals. Discuss performance and career development, and provide actionable feedback and mentoring.
  • Support their management's priorities, align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
