As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Supply Chain Planning team's mission is to enable, accelerate, scale and elevate (EASE) data center infrastructure growth and delivery through AI-Powered supply chain planning. As Cloud continues to scale, this team's work will contribute to the ongoing product, process and capability growth to ensure Google can continue to meet market and competitive goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting the labor strategy for third-party data center North America, South America metros. Your primary objective will be to define the "who, what, and when," ensuring that human capital is perfectly synchronized with physical infrastructure demands. You will synthesize long-term staffing requirements by analyzing demand pipelines and forecasts provided by upstream partners and govern labor requirements across the entire data center lifecycle.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of our planning data for scalable third-party data center operations. 
  • Ensure continuous improvement in, lead-time, resources and constraints management across multiple sites with focus on flow optimization that enable faster deployments.
  • Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule and identify potential labor shortages or regional bottlenecks within the North America, South America territory and develop contingency plans.
  • Identify ways to leverage value stream mapping to expose gaps in time, touches, cost, and cash.
  • Analyze cross-functional program management and ensure third-party data center sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, urgent customer needs.
