Partner Data Transformation Lead (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with service partners, supporting technical issues, identifying knowledge gaps and solutions to up-level their technical knowledge.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience working with Python, SQL or Javascript.
  • Experience elaborating and understanding technical architectures for MarTech/AdTech solutions that use Google Cloud and Google Marketing infrastructure.
  • Experience in working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub and Google Cloud) and the following platforms: BigQuery, Colabs/Jupyter Notebooks or Vertex AI.
  • Familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, etc.).

As a Partner Data Transformation Lead, you will need to empower key LATAM partners and agencies to evolve their businesses and build new services leveraging Google's solutions. This role involves consulting, program management, and internal coordination to enable partners to independently deliver advanced projects for advertisers. The focus is on shifting to a partner-first support model.

You will leverage your expertise in marketing services (e.g., Creatives and Personalization), communication and investigative skills, you will drive for business growth through partner enablement. You will define the goal for how partners can scale Google's solutions to improve client outcomes and generate business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant for key Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) partners and agencies, guiding their business evolution and new service creation leveraging Google solutions.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise in MarTech, drive Joint Business/Technical Plans, and implement scaled partner enablement initiatives to enhance their AI maturity and media investment.
  • Develop regional partner strategies focused on data transformation and service development, identify suitable client projects for partner execution, and manage complex global multi-product projects ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional Google teams and internal partners to achieve shared objectives, serving as the primary expert for Data Transformation partner solutions and optimizing collaboration across partner-facing teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with Global Client and Agency Solutions partners, strategically allocate funding, and provide compelling case studies to LCS sellers to drive Google priorities through partnerships.
