- Ability to develop leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving and creativity skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
As a Test Technical Program Manager, you will lead the design and execution of manufacturing test processes for Google’s Data Center products. You will work closely with vendors to ensure test procedures are consistent and controlled, and collaborate with Design Engineering to define infrastructure needs and product specifications. Your role ensures all components integrate seamlessly, supporting reliable and efficient system performance.

- Drive Test Technical Program Management for Machine Learning (ML) New Product Introduction (NPIs) and plan test development projects across the ML portfolio of Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) products.
- Execute manufacturing test development activities and manage dependencies across internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives.
- Manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling and risk for ML test development projects while ensuring alignment with NPI timelines and track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Lead manufacturing test teams in planning, developing and deploying test solutions to enable high-volume production.
- Manage executive stakeholders communication and engagement and lead cross-functional, cross-vertical initiatives to enable test process standardization, optimization or transformation.
