Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 4 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with media effectiveness measurement products and the advertisements (ads) measurement landscape.
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or Media Mix Models (MMM), either as a media buyer, planner, measurement provider, or media sales specialist.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Science).
  • Experience working with third-party measurement companies or vendors.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and communicating change.
  • Ability to influence counterparts in sales, product, marketing and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence executive stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional partners.

About the job

As the Manager, Cross Channel Return on Investment (ROI) Measurement, you will lead a team to drive global business strategy and commercialization for a suite of Media Effectiveness solutions focused on campaign outcomes, including Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) and Third-Party (3P) Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA). You will be responsible for landing high-impact, high-visibility initiatives including the continued roll-out of Google's proprietary Marketing Mix Model (MMM) solution, Meridian, driving alignment across Cross-Functional (XFN) teams to ensure effective prioritization in 2026 and beyond, and coaching a team to commercialize ambitious product roadmaps and adoption goals. You will maintain a global perspective through close collaboration with regional partners, balanced with key considerations from Product and Engineering partners. With that insight and your demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership, you will be able to influence the future of our media effectiveness measurement products and align global teams on common priorities. You will work closely with executive cross-functional partners to set goals and strategy, ensuring our product roadmaps drive value for our customers. You will navigate ambiguity, courageously advocate for advertisers’ needs even when in opposition to competing priorities, and concisely communicate to executive executives.Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000-$324,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of individual contributors and provide coaching and performance management.
  • Lead development of go-to-market strategy for a rapidly changing product and team spread across offices around the globe.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product management lead to develop goals and strategy for the business.
  • Represent your products and business as well as the larger brand effectiveness measurement context in Vice President (VP) level conversations and in large executive forums.
  • Address and de-escalate when issues or roadblocks arise.
