Responsibilities

  • Support to drive factory operational readiness by leveraging partner resources and support ongoing efficiency and improvement from ramp to End of Life (EOL).
  • Work with OEM partners as directed by the superior to support them in ensuring performance goals for End-to-End Yield, Scrap Cost, Quality, Turn Around Time and Throughput are met or exceeded.
  • Support the superior in communicating and mitigating operational risk; work closely with OEMs to figure out line bring-ups, qualification, material availability and quality issues. Support to secure capacity based on quarterly and weekly forecasts.
  • Support the superior to prepare communication plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning, adapt plans based on changing requirements as directed.
  • Coordinate with OEM and Operations teams to prioritize critical shipments or orders; and support to ensure orders ship clearly as scheduled.
