Measurement Lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience assessing media performance for brand advertisers using tools such as Marketing Mix Models (MMMs), Brand Lift Studies, reach measurement tools, or similar methodologies.
- Experience developing executive customer relationships to influence measurement strategies.
- Experience solving measurement tests via creative solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with implementation/configuration of measurement, web analytics or attribution strategy including: Data-Driven Attribution/Non-Last Click Attribution, Cross-Device Measurement, Conversion Tracking, Geo-Experiments, Incrementality/Lift, MMM, Online-to-Offline measurement, Offline Data Import.
- Experience with brand third-party measurement solutions (Kantar, Nielsen), site analytics (Adobe, Omniture), CRM, and data systems.
- Experience in presenting insights and results to senior audiences and driving them to action.
- Experience in influencing senior advertiser/agency decision makers.
- Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics.
- Understanding of the digital ad ecosystem and recent privacy changes.

As a Measurement Lead (ML) you will help advertisers build solid measurement and data infrastructure foundations to fuel their AI-powered Google Ad solutions and help them prove value back to the business through advanced media effectiveness strategies. You will partner with some of the top UK and Ireland advertisers on strategic measurement plans that will help them boost performance and understand what’s working and where to invest for future growth.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities
- Consult with brand advertisers and agency partners to understand the measurement goals and assess how Google measurement solutions can effectively address their needs.
- Develop advanced modern measurement approaches including experiments, media mix modeling, attribution, and cross-media measurement to prove the value of Google advertising to our client's business.
- Ensure that the right durable measurement solutions are in place to increase insights that power AI-driven advertising. Be able to get the right enablers in place for advertisers to meet their measurement ambitions (e.g., Partner support, gTech support, funding).
- Partner with teams and other measurement specialists to drive adoption of measurement solutions and work with advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions.
- Manage relationships with senior measurement, data, and analytics contacts at important clients in your sector.
