- 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, strategy and operations, program management, chief of staff or a related role.

- Experience driving solutions and programs in clean energy and operations.
About the job
As the Strategy and Operations Program Manager for Advanced Energy, you will combine your strategic and operational expertise with your energy sector knowledge to oversee day-to-day operations and implementation of strategic initiatives for our data centers and Google Cloud infrastructure. In particular, you will focus on supporting new innovations to support AI growth and clean energy goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects. You will also undertake special projects in service of the team’s goal to catalyze advanced energy solutions in support of the data center energy portfolio.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Establish and lead team operating processes, including business planning, priority-setting, budgets and head count and cross-company coordination.
- Provide strategic guidance and program management throughout the planning and implementation phases across all advanced energy initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives in conjunction with cross-functional teams across data center energy and operations.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable resulting in visible impact.
