Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
  • Technical experience in server, storage, or customized Cloud solutions and product launch optimization.
  • Full lifecycle experience for the NPI stage and product transitioning from NPI to mass production.
  • Expertise in supply/demand planning combined with accounting and finance knowledge.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional improvements and influence all levels using analytical and tailored communication.
  • Ability to deliver data-driven analysis for business proposals, supply chain design, and risk mitigation.

Google is looking for a dynamic professional to lead all aspects of supply chain readiness in New Product Introduction (NPI) hardware products for our global data centers. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you work with cross-functional teams starting with product inception to volume ramp to bring innovative products into the global data centers efficiently. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing material plans to enable prototype builds and production ramp plans to be deployed to our global data centers. Product types include networking, infrastructure, and server & storage. You will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Supply and Demand Planning, Contract Manufacturing, and Supplier partners to launch new products and to implement processes and systems that directly scale new product deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead material and supply chain readiness for compute and storage products from concept to production handoff, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while serving as the primary liaison for ODMs, CMs, and suppliers to ensure material continuity.
  • Manage project budgets, BOM health, and forecast readiness in designated tools, including the execution of large production risk buys.
  • Develop global supply chain maps documenting procurement models, lead times, shipment logistics, assembly, fulfillment, and spare parts strategies.
  • Represent the NPI Supply Chain organization in program meetings to communicate status, update schedules, and drive process improvements for scalability.
