Strategic Partnership Development Associate, Geo, gReach Program People with Disabilities (English, Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

As a Strategic Partnership Development Associate, you will collaborate with the strategic partnership development managers in Geo Partnerships team to support the management, optimization, and payment processes for transit data licenses, which are the core consumer experience of Google Maps.

Responsibilities

  • Manage essential operational tasks, including the management of data licensing agreements, purchase orders and invoices, to ensure business continuity.
  • Take inquiries from external partners related to Google Maps, obtain help from internal stakeholders, and provide appropriate responses.
  • Work closely with the internal transit team to monitor program performance and align on project goals.
  • Participate in regular partner meetings and support management of relationships with them essential for Google Maps transit features.
  • Support various projects aimed at improving and maintaining the transit navigation feature, tracking progress, and ensuring successful outcomes.
