Sponsorship Strategist and Package Lead (Portuguese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with major brands operating at global scale.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the job

As a Sponsorship Strategist and Package Lead, you will focus on driving large-scale business growth through the development of innovative commercial frameworks, product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and cross-functional alignment. You will act as a bridge between global product initiatives and local market execution, specifically for high-value video and brand solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the planning and execution of flagship commercial packages.
  • Develop and launch commercial solutions to address market needs.
  • Act as a go to expert and thought leader for video solutions and advertiser incentives.
  • Develop sales training and collateral to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams.
  • Conduct training and sessions to improve product knowledge and pitch quality across the organization.
