Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations, Global Affairs and Public Policy (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in Government Affairs.
  • Experience influencing and advising executives.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
  • Excellent analysis skills using spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with the leader of Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) Brazil and their team to shape the key priorities for the function, plan operations and project delivery, manage and analyze key metrics, and interface with cross-functional teams on key Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage plans to address short, medium, and long-term opportunities.
  • Lead and support team operations and planning for the Brazil GAPP team, including planning, executing, and tracking meaningful engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Execute analyses to extract and summarize themes or trends, and provide concise and compelling insights and recommendations to leaders and working teams.
  • Manage and execute internal projects to augment strategies and land operational changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market team and internal partners (locally and globally) to identify tests and opportunities, and solutions creatively together.
